For approximately twenty one years Emmanuel Orthodox Presbyterian Church and the Life Enrichment Christian Counseling Center have partnered together in bringing biblical counseling to thousands of needy Christians in the greater Delaware Valley.  Counseling offices are located at Emmanuel OPC and the counseling staff currently consists of Mr. Jeffrey D.
